You can suspend or hold your current subscription through the website as follows:
- Go to the My Account page: https://dev.ggetter.com/my-account/
- Click on Subscriptions on the left, or: https://dev.ggetter.com/my-account/subscriptions/
- Click on the “View” to the right of the subscription you would like to suspend. You may have more than one subscription if you have products delivered at a differing frequency. Otherwise you should only see one.
- Click on “Suspend” which is on the 4th line down.
Suspending a subscription puts it on hold until you reactivate the subscription. To reactivate follow the same instructions above and click on “Reactivate” where the page used to show “Suspend”.
You can also contact us by phone or email to suspend or reactivate your subscription.
Note: Subscription orders are initiated on the Sunday prior to your delivery. If you suspend after Sunday, your subscription will be suspended beginning on the following week.
